Excellent condition. I am selling to get a smaller laptop.
Has had screen protector and skin installed since purchased. At your request I can remove the skin if you don't like it or I can send it with the skin still attached. Warranty good until 10/31/2019.
Comes with case, microsd adapter, Microsoft Surface pen, Microsoft Surface mouse, and 2 Microsoft power supplies so you can charge at home and at work.

How long did you use this for? Do you happen to have a battery report?
Hi Joshua, I've used it since October and have added a battery report to the photos for you.
If it's hard to read, battery 1 is still 100+% and battery 2 is 60,090 of the 62,200

That might work. Last question then, is there sticky stuff under the skin or does it come off clean? I'd end up taking it off.
The skin comes off cleanly, I can remove it for you after purchase if you like and send pictures before shipping to make sure you're satisfied with it.
