Mary A., Yes, it's firm. There are multiple costs I also have to factor into the price such as the Swappa fee, paypal fee and shipping fees. In addition, there are other venues to sell my phone. It is also truly an excellent phone in great condition.

Does it come in original box, and does it come with any of the other items?
Will come with headphones and charger if wanted. Have top of original box (in very good condition) but have not found bottom. Will keep looking but could be packed up in storage so no promises.
