New job requires me to use a company-owned computer and I don't really want or need 2 laptops so I'm selling this one.
This computer has had both recalls fixed for free by Apple. If you buy a used MacBook Pro, make sure it's been serviced!
The battery recall fixes potential for fires and other hazards, and the FAA has now banned unfixed affected MBPs on flights.
The keyboard recall fixes keys that won't press, or repeat multiple times.
It took over a week to get the computer back. They replaced the entire keyboard, trackpad, battery and the top case (metal shell that goes around keyboard, trackpad, sides, etc.) Now it looks & feels like a brand new computer.

Hey James, the item is listed as the Space Grey model but it looks like the Silver color. Could you verify please? Also, what is the status of the Apple Warranty? Thanks!
Hi Chris, it’s definitely Space Gray, sorry for any misleading photos. The computer is a little over 1 year old and just out of warranty but did receive the 4 brand new components mentioned in description.

James, the pictures surely show a silver MBP and not space gray one. Post a close up picture of the label on back of box so we can be confident. Thx

Ok - still a bit concerned about warranty and have been dreaming of the new 16" MBP with long travel scissor mechanism keyboard, but willing to take a chance at $2,500 on your 2018 model if you are interested.
If it doesn't sell by end of next week I'll probably lower the price. I actually love the current keyboard w/ short travel distance. Only reason I'm selling this one is because my company bought me a similar 2019 MBP and no need for two.
FYI to anyone subscribed to comments or newcomers – I finally got around to reposting with new/improved photos and reduced price.
Would you do 2100 ? There are other laptops (with 512GB however) and AppleCare for 2 years going for similar.
