iPhone 7 Plus black 256GB mint condition, no damage or marks, first and only owner, obtained from Apple Store new. Apple box and all items included (phone, manual, earbuds, stereo mini to lightning converter, cable, AC charger). Model A1784. Fitted black leather case with red stitching included. IMEI/ESN on box do not match phone because the original phone in the box at the Apple Store was defective so they replaced it with an identical new one (not refurbished). I observed the exchange. Please do not buy this phone and try to sell it as new in the box.

i'm trying to buy but keep getting this error message... "Payment not submitted: Express Checkout has been disabled for this merchant. Please contact Customer Service.."
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
From what we can see, other sales seem to be processing without any issues, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with our site. I just got off the phone with PayPal less than a half hour ago. They said they fixed the problem and showed me how express checkout was now available. Please try again.

Hi Heather, the PayPal CSR said multiple Swappa customers are getting same exact "checkout disabled" error on other listings as my purchasers are receiving on my listing. PayPal has determined that this error is not occurring on the PayPal systems, rather, that this error message must be being generated by the Swappa system. PayPal CSRs are trying to help multiple Swappa customers with the same exact issue today though the problem is not a PayPal problem. I opened a ticket with PayPal but will more likely need Swappa technical support since the issue is on your side according to PayPay.

I did. Robert from Help@ responded and offered the same generic message as your canned message from the Swappa administrator earlier. I write him back with a request to open a ticket and have not received a response. Please leave the listing up so tech support can check it as needed to get this resoved. Please help escalate this as we are getting nowhere so far.
Here is Robert's response: Sorry to hear of the issue. I'm surprised to hear that a PayPal CSR offered that information, as we've not had any similar reports here on the site. Typically, from past experience, the "Express Checkout" error (when shown on our side) indicates an issue with the sellers PayPal account. Please keep us informed on the status of the case that opened with PayPal.
As you can see, this is mostly opposite of the Swappa response on the listing side from earlier: If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account...

Stop passing the buck and pointing fingers and get one of your devs to take a look clearly you are passing paypal incorrect data and/or improperly interpreting data returned from paypal...
