Swappa does not allow financed phones. Paid off and for ATT only. Not unlocked and I cannot Carrier unlock it for you

Actually that’s true, if it’s paid off at&t will unlock for free, just go to three website and request it using imei
There are more factors to att unlocking their phones other than it being paid off on that website.
So the phone is under contract active on other account or has past due charges and cannot be unlock?
