Are there any scratches on the screen? How's the battery life? Does this come with charger and cable?
Hello Romeo, The screen has been protected from day 1. seen is flawless with no burn in or scratches. phone has original battery which I had no issues with. Charger and cable are not included however I could throw in a cable and charger if you like .
I purchased this phone tonight, my credit card has been charged but I see no other evidence that I purchased it.

If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
