Sure we sent in a broken one to apple and they gave us a new one back from apple. Just doesn’t come with the accessories since it’s just the tablet that they gave us

It looks like the plastic wrap from the “refurbished” unit had been taken off and put back on? Or it looks like someone has just added plastic wrap to the iPad so they can say it’s refurbished? Can you please clarify why the plastic wrap is all mangled?

Where did we state that this was refurbished? Did you see any of the comments above? This is brand new never used.

I just bought from this seller an ipad air 2, the ad stated the item is a replacement. when I got the item today, I check the serial number: F=refurbished unit, M=retail unit, N=replacement unit, P=personalized (engraved)unit. I got an N which this seller specified and to my surprised, it carried a warranty till July 2, 2020

Thank you Elipidio. That’s correct these are brand new units from apple that they sent us. Never used and with warrenty still on them and 100% battery.
