Would you please put up a little clearer picture of the back? Looks like a huge scratch on the left side in the middle but it could just be a reflection. Is the phone unlocked with Sprint?

Yes it is unlocked and sure I can take another photo there are no scratches or cracks

Sorry, I just want to make sure. I have both Sprint and T-Mobile sims and want to be able to go back and forth. I can't do that with the G710TM because it's GSM only, but if Sprint's unlocked the phone for you then I should be able to use the G710PM with any carrier since it's both CDMA and GSM. Can you please confirm that this is a G710PM and that the carrier has unlocked it for you? And thanks for the xtra picture.

Jshovlin1 I am not at home to pull up the specific model I will be home later this evening also it is unlocked it has never been carrier locked as I have owned it from day one purchased outright. Being that it is a sprint phone originally i would assume it is dual banded as there devices can work on cdma and gsm

Was the device active on the Sprint network for > 50 days? If so, you can get Sprint to unlock it. Otherwise they won't even if it was purchased outright. https://www.sprint.com/en/legal/unlocking-your-sprint-device.html. If you have another SIM card from another carrier that you could pop in, that would help. Or confirm that Sprint's unlocked it for you. Thanks.

It is the 710pm version I just checked it in the abouts of the device. I will verify its unlocked with sprint.
