Hi William, the best i can really do is $210 as i still have to pay for priority shipping and Paypal fee, thanks for your interest.
How about $200. It's only $10 less.I'm 70 yrs.old and on a fixed income. So $10 means the difference of getting it.

New or used? It says new but description states generic charger with markings on screen/body. And is price negotiable?
Shimiyah, it comes with the original accessories and I have amend the description, but doesn’t have the original wrap in it as it was teared up but the iPad itself has its original wrap and was not used before. $199 is my best offer as I still have to pay for shipping and Paypal fee, thanks
