Does phone have all orig parts? Any performance problems?

The back glass has been replaced. There are no performance issues. The only reason we are selling the phone is because my girlfriend left it on a flight and it took over a week to get it back so by that time we had already bought a new phone.

- When was the phone activated and when does the original warranty expire?
- If it was a replacement, was it replaced at Apple?

Yes, the phone is unlocked and paid off. It was purchased while on a Verizon plan, then we got it unlocked when we moved to T-Mobile.
