This is a replacement refurbished device via Asurion, the official insurance/repair partner for Sprint, Verizon, and AT&T. I decided to upgrade instead of using it, so the extent of my use has been taking it out to run updates and verify that it works. Check out the pictures, it's basically untouched for your benefit!

What is your return policy?
Hello! No refunds if you simply don't like the device (aka buyer's remorse), but if there's any issues with the phone please let me know and we'll follow the standard Paypal return policy. If you're on the fence about what the device is like, you should be able to find one at a local Sprint store or Best Buy to physically play around with it. It's been a wonderful phone for me for the last 2 years.
