Comes with all Original accessories new and unused Ear Buds and Ear Buds were only available with Unlocked Models and box and original materials/paper work/owners manual/sim tool and charger unused as well. Also comes with protective black rubberized case for back of phone.
You can not get a phone in this condition with earbuds and everything else never used

june 2018.. Its on the box with all information.. Box is like brand new Still has tape on it that sealed box

You would have to go through all the steps to set up the phone and activate it to get the update if there's one.

I never replied to said comment left on Sept 14th and as I am just seeing the comment left by the interested buyer now.
Any issues with it on Fi? Reception? Lag? Etc. Also is this ULM version?
No issues and if you read above that says Specs ...... Product info it says Unlocked So yes it is unlocked
Could've just yes or no. Your "Specs" don't include the model number. Anyways good luck selling this, I see it's been listed for awhile

No will not take that ..That is price for just a phone and a charger in decent shape..
This is practically new with all original things that came with it as stated in my description
