The insurance is standard 1 year limited warranty. Bought at launch so there is still a month or so of insurance. I think I have some photos of the phone without the skin. I'll upload in a sec.
Some minor hairline scratches that are hard to capture that's about it.

Shouldn't be an imperfections on the screen. Just a few hairline scratches on the back glass that is pretty hard to capture on camera but I tried.
