How long is the “return” period and the return is for factory defects and internal problems? Thanks
I’ve no official return end now that I think of it. 6 months out I’ve taken returns. I have no problem covering Apple gear that is in this kind of shape for 6 months. Cosmetic damage or water damage would not count though :)
Alright, so I just want to be clear. If I buy this and within 6 months, any unwanted issues come up (like screen turns black, keyboard, speaker doesn’t work,...) I can let you and the swappa team know, I can get an exchange?

Final question, I dont need to pay extra $100 for protection plan in order to get it fix if anything happen within 6 months?
Oh, I'm not trying to steal Swappa's extra sales, but I'd skip that. Unless it lasts for a year or two, which I can not match that duration.
I tried to process the payment 3 times now and it kept on saying the payment cannot be processed. That’s weird
Swappa, this is two straight buyers that can't process the payment on this device. Can you check the settings to make sure it's accurately submitting?

My bank asked me to verify the payments and I did, after that it told me to retry the payment again and I did. Pretty sure its not from my end. Please keep me updated.
I've gotten payments tonight in between the two potential buyers, so not sure what it is. My account is active.
