Does it still have the shatter shield display on?
Yes, the shatter shield is still on it. If you look at the photo of the bottom left corner you should be able to see the layer of the shatter shield around the mic hole near the fingerprint reader.
Will this work on Verizon?
If it works Verizon and doesn't have any issues, I'm interested in purchasing.
Sorry the device is not carrier unlocked and will only work on the T-Mobile network.
Can you have it unlocked?
Unfortunately, I am not a T-Mobile customer and I am unable to unlock the device.
T-Mobile requires the device to either be active on post-pay plan or have $100 in refills to be eligible for unlocking. The Post-Pay unlock is limited to two unlocks per year and requires the device to be on the service for 40 days before the T-Mobile App will complete the unlock (https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-1588#firstheading).

How is the screen quality? If there are no signs of burn in then I may be highly motivated to buy if you can provide more pictures of white screens
Screen image quality is excellent, no screen burn. A photo of the white background T-Mobile boot screen has been added.
