Are those candy stripe lines burned in?

Nope, those are just scan lines from the camera. If you can imagine the photos without the candy stripe lines, that's what it actually looks like.

Can you comment if the device still has a warranty through Google?

Is there any issue with:
*Battery life such as rapid drain
*Speaker or call issues

I haven't noticed any issues with battery drain. For the sake of it, I left it sitting for the last 15 or so hours and it used about 10 percent battery (obviously keeping in mind there isn't really anything running on it).

No issues with speakers or anything that I can see.

I actually don't know if the warranty is still good on it. It's worth noting that Google's warranty is technically for the first buyer (which is not me either). But if you know of a way to check I can check for you.

Just to clarify on the screen, you mentioned shadowing or burn in, but in the pictures the whites look very pink.. Is that what you are referring to?

The whites are a little pink (although I'm not sure if that's normal or not). What I wanted to draw attention to was the `G` and the dots in the middle of the screen. Check the second third photo to see what I mean.

What comes included?

Just the phone.
