This Note 9 is factory unlocked.
Just pulled off the screen protector that has been on it since day 1, as well as the rear skin that covered the back and the camera bezel. some very light scratching, but in great condition. Comes with original box plus unused USB cable, AC adapter, S Pen, booklets. No headphones included. Still under warranty through November 2019.
Cases include two Samsung Silicone cases, a Samsung mirrored flip case, a Spigen case, and a clear TPU case. Also throwing in a new randomly branded popsocket.

Hi Dan can you be more specific when you mean light scratches? Are the scratches on the screen or backside of phone?
I just took another look and I can't capture them with a camera. They are only really visible in bright sunlight, and then they're pretty much microscratches. I was going to list it as mint, because I thought it was super good, but in the bright light, i saw the microscratches, so I downgraded to good. The back has even less of an issue - just a small micro scratch or two. It's in very clean condition. Most of its life was covered in a screen protector, a rear skin, and then a case.

It's factory unlocked. I used it with T-Mo (GSM) so I don't know if it works with CDMA or not (though I think it does, you should Google that).
Any chance to let it go for $600 tonight?
I'd do 625 with all the cases.
