There's no Apple warranty remaining however, the phone is lightly used and in great shape. Sorry for the confusion. I'll update the description to make it less confusing.
What is the blemish? A scratch or dent or something else? I can't really tell from the photos.
It's on the volume rocket side near the bottom, it's a light scratch that looks like a spec of dust. I'll try to pay a close up soon.
