how big is that scratch?
couple centimeters. I have it circled in yellow in one of the pictures. Kind of hard to see unless you are at an angle like the photo.

Yes, I am the original owner. I purchased it from the Google store with Google Fi service back on Nov 26-28. I'd have to double check records for exact date.
