Perhaps, you are new to Swappa, but in-person sales are not allowed here. If you are in NOVA, it will take only one business day to deliver via USPS Priority Mail ( not guaranteed, but this is from my own experience ).

This being a phone from Google, is it GSM AND CDMA unlocked? I need it to work w/ Verizon.

The Google Pixel 2 is unlocked, and it should work with all major carriers ( it's compatible with Verizon ) and GSM globally.

I guess my only other question is since this was replaced by Google, the warranty is still good? And since it hasn't been used, the battery is should still be solid?

Unable to comment regarding the warranty and the battery. But I would assume the battery should be fresh since it's a replacement phone, Kent. I don't know how Google handles the warranty on used phones.
