Comes with a Screen Protector Pre-Installed, along with a spigen case as well. Box + Manuals included. The cables, headphones, and charger are still in their shrink wrap plastics and have not been used or touched. Also, please be advised that the bootloader has been unlocked. This will not have an negative impact on Over the Air updates the phone will receive.

does it work on verizoN?
Yes. This is the American unlocked one. I've was using it on Verizon and it worked without issues
