I see that Swappa uses Paypal. I just sent them an email on how to adjust the price and finish this sale.

Maybe you just need to click on the pay now button on the listing page and it will guide you through the process.

There are two options if a lower price is agreed upon.

1) You may lower the listing price via the Edit Listing option.

2) You can inform the potential buyer that you will agree to refund the difference if the item is purchased at the current listed price.

The 2nd option is handy if there is a time discrepancy between the two users and the potential buyer is not around at the time of the price change. As we are a first come first serve marketplace, lowering the price could mean that another buyer that was not involved in the discussions will purchase.
