If you can show a screenshot of its serial number being valid for Apple Care+ and let me know if it's locked to AT&T or not I'll buy for $640.

It took me a while to figure out what you meant but I've uploaded a screenshot of the apple care warranty page. I think it's locked to att but I can't be sure because it was given to me by my brother as a present and I'm embarrassed to ask lol.

Also, For anyone interested in this iPad, I've upped the price to $650 because of PayPal fees which I didn't consider before. I won't go lower than this so please don't bother asking.

So this might be too much work and if you're not up for it I understand. AT&T has an online device unlock portal. www.att.com/deviceunlock if you're able to unlock it I'll buy. I believe all that is needed is the device's IMEI.
