fred a., I am not exactly sure what you are asking for, my apologies. The phone has been restored to factory settings. Once you get past the language and initial set up on the phone, you will be able to modify battery settings so that it shows the percentage of battery life next to the battery icon. The phone will be charged to 100% and then turned off before shipment. I hope this helps.
