It had to be clean for me to post it, not 100% sure about the unlocked question never had another carrier. I know most Verizon devices are not locked to Verizon anymore.

Just got off the phone with Verizon. My mistake, it is unlocked according to the Verizon rep.

When I commented earlier it was based off looking at a forum for an answer. Should have called first, but yeah it's unlocked. Rep from Verizon name was David.
