Does this iPad come in a nice-looking box, and does it come with the original Apple charger?

It does not come in the original box. The charger is the original Apple charger.

1). Is the case foldable? As in, can you fold the keyboard back and use the iPad vertically, or does the keyboard only fold onto the screen?

2). Is "pristine" the same as "mint?"

3). What is your personal return policy?

So, yes, the case folds over to make it flat. I just uploaded a new photo of the case folded over so you can see it.
“Pristine” is the same as “Mint” so the iPad is in perfect condition. There are no scratches, it’s never been dropped and shows absolutely no wear.
And then, if you aren’t happy with the purchase for a reasonable reason, let me know within 3 days and I’d take it back. There would have to be no damages to the device and you would have to pay return shipping.

My only concern is that I'm buying the iPad as a gift, which I'll give to the person in a month. I don't expect the person to want to return it, but if they do, I want to be able to.

Could we possibly have a return period of one month from when I receive it (or three days after I give the gift), as long as the device has no damages and I pay return shipping? If so, I'll buy it immediately! (Again, I don't expect to return it, but I also can't be 100% certain.)

Any way we can extend the return policy to the last week of this month? Maybe you could hold it for shipping until just before I need it, so then it would fit into the three day policy?

Alternatively, what about this?

1). I buy the iPad today.
2). We chat (maybe even by phone?) after I buy it about when you will ship it.
3). If I'm going to return it, I let you know within a week of receiving the item.

Would that work? Again, I'd really like to buy it, but I'm worried about not being able to return it.
