It’s factory reset and not attached to any Apple ID or iCloud account, so it’s ready for a new user. Battery Health/ Battery Cycles?
iOS doesn't offer that information like they do on iPhones and MacBooks and I'm not signing into Apple ID to download a 3rd party app to check because it will attach the device to my ID for 90 days. It's 12.3 I believe.
