All Verizon phones are unlocked unless the BB staff says so. Fly should call BB to be sure.

My wife has AT&T, I'll try her SIM at lunch time and report back. If that works I'll let you know but I still want to reiterate that I have NO CLUE how that works and I'm selling this in the Verizon section...

I can CONFIRM that this worked for AT&T with my wife’s SIM card. I turned off WiFi and went on Best Buy’s website from the S10+

Hi Robyn, it was an online order so I don't have traditional receipt, however I can provide you with a screenshot from the purchase including the order number and purchase date. I'll look in my email for the receipt email as well.
