i am trying to make this purchase by using paypal but it keeps sending me to merchant. please accept payment. i want this device asap

While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
