The refurbishing process is extensive and includes checking the enclosure for dents, checking the screen for dead pixels, checking the battery, etc., and replacing any defective components. Their work is covered under a 30-day limited warranty.
2. Phone arrives factory reset. Please don't ask us to unpackage the refurbished phones & go through setup to check exact iOS version number, battery health %, etc. If you need a specific iOS version, ask us & we will look for a non-factory reset unit in our inventory that meets your needs. The battery was inspected during the refurbishment process.
3. A box and brand new charging cable + adapter will be included.
4. Lowball offers will not be accepted, but the price will be routinely adjusted to current market value.

@Jeremy W. You'd receive it pretty quickly as we ship from San Francisco. Unfortunately, we can't pick out a device with 100% battery health for you. Most of our inventory arrives factory reset and it would be prohibitively time-consuming for us to go through numerous new device setups just to get the numbers. These are refurbished devices that have undergone extensive testing. There's no discernible difference between a 100% and 90% battery.

Since it is GSM unlocked, the phone should work with T-Mobile as well as wifi calling as long as you have a plan.
