George, is this the updated chromebook pro with backlit keyboard? also, is that the Samsung OEM charger that comes with it or is it 3rd party?

Can you take a picture of how many battery cycles this has?
in case you are not sure how... press "ctrl alt t" .... then type "battery_test"... that should reveal battery health. Thanks
also to get battery cycles... "ctrl alt t" then type "battery_firmware info"

THank... I tried to buy it but had an error.... it said "Payment not submitted: Buy lock." Hopefully Swappa can help me get it fixed so I can complete the purchase.
If PayPal is denying a payment, this is usually an issue related to the attempted buyer's PayPal account (sometimes related to their lack of a confirmed shipping address: https://www.paypal.com/webapps/mpp/shipping-address-outside).
While less common overall, the issue could also be related to the seller's PayPal account being limited, so both parties should reach out to PayPal's support team (preferably over the phone) to ensure their accounts are ready to send and receive payments respectively.
