That's just some bubble trying to put the screen protector on. There is no scratches on the screen. Let me know if you want more pics. For the back like I said the phone is new just like the back. I just wanted to protect the phone on both side. I can assure you.

Hi does the Bixby YouTube card show up with the English language? I only ask since I have purchased 3 S10 plus and the 3 were only showing up in the Korean language no matter what I tried to correct the problem, sent the 3 back. I originally had S9 plus without any issue. Thank you
