How old is the device? And was it protected with a screen protector from day 1?
It is about a year old. It has always had the magnetic flip cover case on it. No screen protector but the screen is perfect.
Warranty is good through August 21, 2019.
I am including a tempered glass screen protector that is still new in box. Just never installed it.
What’s the battery life %?
The iPad doesn’t seem to have the same battery health (beta) IOS feature iPhones do but I will download and install a battery life checker later this evening. I relooked at my notes and this was new in November 2018. My old iPad died and this was a new warranty replacement.
Ok. Can I buy this for 400?
No, actually raising the price to be more competitive with other recent sales of similar iPads.

I have used it lightly since November. It is in perfect condition.
