Kevin - yes there are some minor scratches on the screen. Nothing deep and hard to see when the screen is on but they are certainly there. I'll add the best picture I can.

How can I tell if this phone is compatible with a Sprint MVNO, like Boost or Ting?

Christine - the top of this listi g should show the little Ting icon, indicating Swappa checked to verify it's compatible with ting. I just checked Boost, the website indicates it will work there too.

Thanks for explaining the tag. I thought it was only an ad! I'd like to buy your phone but I don't understand how it works without a button on center bottom (like my S7). I'm planning to go to a Sprint store and ask questions as if I were going to be a customer.... NOT! :-) So what do you as a seller have to do to get the Ting tag? Do you send your phones to Swappa before listing? Does Swappa do the mailing for you? I may want to sell my S5.

Swappa requires sellers to submit the phone's IMEI number (each phone's unique identifier). The number is checked for compatability with the network and to see if it still is tied to financing with the original carrier. Swappa only allows phones that are clear and ready to activate to be listed.

Seller's do not send phones to Swappa, just the details and a verification photo. After a sale, it's up to the seller to ship the phone. Standard shipping is always included in the price. Express shipping is additional.

I'm not sure what you mean about the bottom button. IPhones do have a home button on the bottom (similar to an S7).
