When does the warranty expire? May I ask why you are selling?

As the standard warranty is of one year (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4036296/surface-warranty-information), it expires in November 1st, 2019 (day of purchase).
When I bought it, I thought I would use it a lot, but I barely do it, so I decided to sell. It had no accidents and works perfectly.
If you haven't factory reset it, would you be able to post battery count?
