How's the battery life on it and any budging on the price

Battery life is excellent. I can budge a bit.

Does it last a regular day with usage and what you comfortable with

Yes it lasts a full day. With light usage you can probably get just about 2 days.

I can ship it priority tomorrow if you pay now. No replacement. I got it brand new. Screen is mint. There are some very barely noticeable signs of use on the side but honestly you have to look closely to even see them.

Can you post pics of them if possible ready to buy now just want to make sure it in great condition

The side blem are they like specks or little scratches?

Does it have a screen protector on one pic it looks like a nasty scratch near the bottom screen

The side pics is more dust than anything. The close up shot makes it look much worse. The worst thing is the scratch on the bottom near the charger port, but remember how thin the bezel on this phone is, so the close up pics magnified it a LOT. I have it listed on craigslist also and someone wants to see it this afternoon so if you want it, you should buy it soon as I will not be holding it. Thanks

So on picture #4 the scratch I see is not that bad or does it have a screen protector the scratch by the charging port is ok with me just worried about the screen and back
