Hi Josh - silly questions but I'm new at this and a little stkittish. does everything on this phone work right? No cracks in the screen? Has it been refurbished in any way? Will I be able to use it with Verizon without a problem? Was it ever water damaged? Sorry for all the questions.

With regards to the screen, please see the description for exactly what scratches it has. When the screen is on, it is fully functional without any scratches noticeable (it is a used phone, so some wear and tear should be expected). It has not been refurbished in any way. I used it for over 2 years and am now selling it because I wanted a new one. It has no water damage, and will work on Verizon as soon as you put your SIM card in.
