I am 99% certain they are from Apple, I do not know how to tell if they are different. If you ask me they are Apple, but I do not know absolutely.

So does that mean you got it used?

Also do they work with the phone?

It was not sold to me as used but I did not buy it from Apple.

Everything works perfectly. We tested it and we had to get the IMEI for the listing here so it is charged and ready to go.

So the phone itself wasn't bought from apple either?

This phone was bought with a large number of identical phones for a government project we were contracted to do. In the end not all of the phones were used, we have other items left over from the project as well that we are selling. Because we bought a lot of them and Apple will not discount them, we got a tiny discount buying from an authorized Apple dealer.
