I am able to recieve payments...it's the merchant which is swappa that is declining the payment.

PayPal told me the system detected a security problem with the merchant, and they are not authorizing this transaction. I even tried to use a different PayPal account to check if the payment would go through, but I received the same error message. So, I guess I just can't buy the laptop.

Juliana hi sorry it's late.. I've been on the line with PayPal and swappa all day but I've got it fixed now if you still want it. I've adjusted the price a little, for all the trouble..let me know
