I posted a picture of the scratch. It isn't very good, but you have to get the lighting just right to be able to see it in a picture. Hope that helps.

No. Phone is the original, only used 8 months.
Does the screen have burn in?
No the screen does not have any burn in on it whatsoever.
Does phone include charger block & cord? Protective case?
