iPad 6th Gen, 32 GB, mint condition never used
This is a brand new iPad 6th gen, never used. A salesperson talked my mother into buying it without her understanding what it is. We decided we don't want it. The box was opened so I could show it to her, but the device was never set up or used at all. The screen film is still attached. All packaging, chargers, documents are included.
It is not carrier locked to Verizon. It will work on any of the LTE networks listed on this page including AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and T-Mobile: https://www.apple.com/ipad/LTE/

Is this carrier locked to Verizon?
Should not be. It was never under a service contract (only a device payment plan which was paid off in full).
If it can be dropped to $240, I will be the first to buy it now.
If it will work with AT&T then I will purchase it. Let me know.

Go to https://www.apple.com/ipad/LTE/ and scroll down to model A1954. It is documented to support AT&T.

Verizon does not lock their devices to the Verizon network:
