Never used 32 GB iPad mini 2
This 32GB iPad Mini 2 with Wi-Fi + Cellular (AT&T) was purchased in 2016 and never used or removed from its interior packaging. The exterior shrinkwrap was removed at the time of purchase, but the interior cellophane surrounding the iPad, charging cable, and power block remains intact. The exterior of the box is a bit dirty. The iPad has never been charged, and does not currently turn on; to charge it would require removing the interior cellophane. The color is actually "Space Gray" with a black front.

What happens if I purchase and it doesn’t charge?

The box says "iPad mini 2 Wi-Fi Cellular 32GB Space Gray AT&T" and it was purchased at an AT&T store, so it should work with AT&T. I would be willing to sell it for $180. Regarding charging: if you purchase the iPad and it doesn't charge, I would accept your return of the item and reimburse your reasonable insured shipping cost and refund you via paypal.
Can you change to $180 and I will purchase. Thanks.
