Do you know if this phone can be unlocked by a third party company to be use in El Salvador? El Salvador major telephone companies use the GSM standard in the 850, 900, 1900 Mhz ps. Will not be shipping to El Salvador

Upon checking, it does look like it's unlockable through third parties for about $18 (there are options for "fake" USB unlocks, but I'm referring to real permanent unlocks via a unlock code).
The bands supported by the device are: 4G LTE Band 12, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7. GSM 2G Frequency 1800, 1900, 850, 900. GSM 3G Frequency 1900, 1700, 850. 4G LTE Frequency 700, 850, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2600.
