When does the warranty expire? I assume there’s no Apple Care Plus. The AirPods functions properly and holding charge? The phone has been paid in full and under non contract with a carrier?

The phone is under warranty. AppleCare plus Coverage end date: September 19, 2020. Airpods hold a charge and are working.

As I read your previous reply to my question, you indicated the phone is under Apple care plus until September 2020. If the warranty with Apple care plus is correct, will you take $1050? I’m ready to buy now.
I suppose I would lower it to 1050 if you were planning on purchasing the express shipping. Swappa takes out a $35 listing fee and then after shipping I'd have even less. Otherwise I'm listed as low as I want to go I'm sorry.
