In photo #2, it appears to have some small nicks near the speaker area. Please confirm your advertisement that there is no signs of wear and tear. Please confirm the phone is paid off and no issues with iCloud. If no signs of wear and tear, nicks, etc. I’m offering $950.

I think it's the lighting or smudges but I will have to check when I get home ... It does look like scratches in the photo, but I don't think they are actually there. But yes it is paid off. I will update later this evening.

Good eye, I looked at the phone and if you really stare at it in the right light, yes, you can see some minor marks in the metal bezel. I certainly did not mean to mis-represent this item so I am asking Swappa to change it to GOOD. These are BARELY noticeable to the naked eye. But technically it's not MINT, it's GOOD. So I will have that changed and I have subsequently lowered the price to match recent sales and listings for GOOD condition.
