I have a question about the 1 year Apple Warranty, from my understanding Apple Warranties start from the first date of purchase, not by activation. Is this phone still under the 12 month warranty?
Riley, Once you purchase from us and activate your device then your 12-month warranty would start with Apple. If you had purchased this item as a consumer and not re-seller from Apple then your warranty would have started right away, but we are not a consumer.
