I'm not sure I understand your pricing strategy. Right here on Swappa, 512GB Macbooks with Touchbar and from 2018 (two years newer than yours) are selling for $1635-$1700. They have better processors, graphics, and fewer battery cycles.
I don't believe you can sell yours for more than $1200, unless you find a really ill-informed buyer.
