Phone is in good condition, and as such has normal wear for a ~1-year old phone.
- You can see light scratching on the screen -- I only can see this when the screen is off.
- There is some light scratching on the back side near the bottom of the phone
- Back glass has some light scratching as well.

Phone works perfectly though. All accessories (except for the lighting -> headphone adapter) are included, along with the original box (I can't find the lightning adapter). Headphones are brand new in packaging from my replacement phone.

Phone currently has apple care, which I will be canceling unless you'd like to keep it. To do so, let me know at purchase and pay me an additional $85.
