When was the last time or date of a full Windows Mobile phone update??

I want to say September or October, I don't recall exactly when.

let me know when price comes down a bit. apparently windows is dropping the whole windows 10 phone line... and this is already a few years old, its launch date was feb 2016!

since I'm in canada and that the currency exchange sucks, i would only offer 185 US. i dont want to insult you but this would be my buy right now price for a discontinued product. I know this is considerably lower than your target...sorry.

@Deepak It is still selling for $250-300 on eBay. $250 is the lowest I will go and the price has been changed to reflect that.

Could you please verify the model number on this device? I am looking specifically for a Verizon-compatible model - typically 2CF73UT#ABA.

well in the thread title it says unlocked. so this is not a device that Verizon sold. or else it wouldn'r have been unlocked.

@101 b. Verizon never sold an Elite x3 model - all sales were through HP or Microsoft. My question was not about whether it was a Verizon-sold device, I specifically said "Verizon-compatible". Perhaps you should work on your reading comprehension, and let the seller respond to questions that were meant for the seller.

then replace sold by verizon for:
sold by hp or microsoft for verizon.
the unlocked devices were meant to be used in any region. 99 of the planet uses gsm while some crappy companies still use the cdma.

so logically the unlocked device would work on gsm.
where as unfortuanly verzion is cdma.
