Listing did not allow me to select black, so i assume this is what apple considers "space grey", but its a very dark grey, almost black, with black band.

does it come with any charger or any accessories
Charger and original box, Yes. No additional bands or other accessories.
Have you used screen protector with this? Looks like there are scratches on the screen from pictures, not sure if smudges or actual scratches.
No screen protector, there aren't scratches to my knowledge, those should be smudges, but to be safe I'll double check when i get home and update the post if i find any scratch on the screen.
Just to be clear, there are scratches on the casing, but not on the screen that i'm aware of.
